Cod
It is one of the dishes that is most usually served in the restaurants of the city both at the Christmas dinner as at the end of the year. It is a tasty specialty of mexican cuisine that is accompanied with white bread or with wheat tortillas and it is very common to integrate the banquet of the end of the year.

Stuffed Turkey
Bathed in white wine, the turkey is stuffed with butter, pepper, oil, bacon, chopped onions, almonds, ground beef, heads of garlic, pork, ground beef, perejiles chopped, eggs, cream, milk, nuts, and vinegar-a real treat! It is a tasty dish and plenty of of which can eat an entire family, which is why it is ideal to share at the dinner of the New Year.

Apple salad
This appetizing salad is made with cream, milk, chopped nuts, pineapple in syrup, cut into small pieces, raisins, cherries and yellow apple, peeled and cut into cubes. A dish fresh, light and exquisite.

In New Year the city’s restaurants also prepare typical dishes of the yucatecan food such as cochinita pibil, panuchos, lime soup, poc-chuc, jerk, salbutes, papadzules, relleno negro and queso relleno. Also missing in the table, drinks and traditional sweets of Mexico as the Fruit Punch and the Rosca de Reyes.

Chili?s, Eladio?s, Tucho, Hacienda Teya, Kala, La Beltraneja de Manzanero, Beans and Almond trees, are some of the restaurants that are most recommended to enjoy the year-end dinner.
