  • Chalupas Poblanas: there are four tasty corn tortillas stuffed with chicken and hot sauces green and red.
  • Casserole of Melted Cheese: it is a pork sausage with pepper slices, served on corn tortillas.
  • Black beans: this is a delicious cream soup of black beans with pepper morita.
  • Ram: it is a cut of meat cooked and prepared with nopales fried.
